- Participate and attend meetings to amend and curate schedule based on events, product launches, changing client demographics, peak trade and management team feedback
- Annual Leave Management across store aim to ensure minimal disruption to trade and avoid excessive overlap
- Flag any absence manipulation to relevant line mangers and HR
- Sick Leave Management and ensure monthly attendance dashboard is up to date
- Lateness Tracker (upload and migrate to excel lateness tracker across population)
- Review New Joiners & Leavers with HR to ensure minimal disruption to store roster
- Partner with Retail Performance to review Traffic Counters / Insights
- Daily Planner Creation with a commercially driven mindset (floor coverage, strategic break balances)
- Petty Cash Management Storewide
- F&B Ordering & Management (beverages, snacks, and event-related refreshments for store use)
- Prepare and compile store data when needed for large scale visits (Nemo Extraction / Compile from across functions)
- Fluency in Excel
- Comfortable navigating Success Factor & QlickSense
