  • Participate and attend meetings to amend and curate schedule based on events, product launches, changing client demographics, peak trade and management team feedback
  • Annual Leave Management across store aim to ensure minimal disruption to trade and avoid excessive overlap
  • Flag any absence manipulation to relevant line mangers and HR
  • Sick Leave Management and ensure monthly attendance dashboard is up to date
  • Lateness Tracker (upload and migrate to excel lateness tracker across population)
  • Review New Joiners & Leavers with HR to ensure minimal disruption to store roster
  • Partner with Retail Performance to review Traffic Counters / Insights
  • Daily Planner Creation with a commercially driven mindset (floor coverage, strategic break balances)
Other Tasks
  • Petty Cash Management Storewide
  • F&B Ordering & Management (beverages, snacks, and event-related refreshments for store use)
  • Prepare and compile store data when needed for large scale visits (Nemo Extraction / Compile from across functions)
