These solutions typically involve the development of new technical capabilities, business processes, or process improvements designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Apple's Sales teams. Ultimately, you will ensure that our Sales teams possess the necessary tools and information to achieve their objectives by collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, and Operations to drive operational excellence in areas such as strategic planning, forecasting, sales compensation, and systems & tools.Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with local business teams to cultivate a deep understanding of key channel sales, end-user sales, merchandising, digital and physical retail processes, and related solution requirements.
  • Design, develop, facilitate, and own the core sales processes required to effectively run the business. This includes weekly forecast & pipeline management, coverage & territory design, account segmentation, quota allocation, and business objective definition.
  • Extract meaningful insights from internal and external data sources, providing solution-driven recommendations to the sales team based on rigorous numerical analysis.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure timely updates of opportunities, key data points, and activities.
  • Maintain, develop, and interpret metrics related to sales team performance; report on key deliverables and transformational initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards or reporting tools to ensure sales metrics are consistently accessible, reliable, and readily available.

  • A passion for data-driven decision making, enjoying spending time in Excel, data tools, and building dashboards to communicate key metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and improve programs, optimizing efforts through a metrics-oriented approach.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business operations, sales analysis, or a similar role within analytics functions. Experience leading diverse teams while balancing short-term revenue goals and enabling future growth is highly valued.
  • Comfortable navigating high-velocity change and working with ambiguous objectives.
  • Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation using SQL and Python.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Tableau dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in numerical analysis or business intelligence areas.
  • Knowledge of consumer and retail sales, with experience in Sales Operations or Partner Management.
