Job Category: Sales and BDJob Description:Local Unit & Position DescriptionThe Sales Representative is responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development and ensuring service excellence to clients. This position provides and structures solutions and helps clients to improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized standards. This position reports to Sales Manager and will be part of the Sales Team.Main Responsibilities (Roles & Responsibilities)
  • Responsible for the sales of certification and training business in DNV Korea;
  • In a proactive mode, identify and approach target prospective customers, generate sales opportunities in line with DNV service portfolio;
  • Ensure the proper tagging of sales in the system, accuracy of sales quotes per DNV rules, guidelines and practices;
  • Support the digitalisation transformation and initiatives;
  • Develop a local network of partners (consultants, channels);
  • Follow-up, negotiate and conclude business contracts to achieve individual targets;
  • Take part in local marketing actions (events, tradeshows, conferences, exhibitions, etc);
  • Sustain existing customers' loyalty, responsible for driving the recertification / retention of existing clients / customers by managing the queries or requests to renegotiate terms and conditions to a successful conclusion of remaining with DNV;
  • Other tasks assigned.

  • Exposure working with Certification industry is mandatory.
  • Bachelor degree
  • 3+ years minimum working experience in B2B Sales.
  • Strongly business oriented, efficient, autonomous and accountable, with an entrepreneurship and market developer mindset;
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, resilient, open to change and flexible;
  • Strong interpersonal relationship capability, ability to work both remotely and with a team;
  • Ability to approach and convince the decision makers by listening to their expectations, understanding their stakes and goals, offering adapted /innovative / value added solutions;
  • Relevant years of successful experience in selling B to B solutions and services is needed (references to be provided);
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English;

  • Good at using Microsoft Office Applications
