Your work will directly influence critical areas such as inbound planning, inventory management, and inventory health, helping us ensure the right products are available at the right time-creating a “WOW” experience for our customers.What You Will Do
- Dive deep into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Deliver meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions across Instock Planning and Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Product, Forecasting, and Data Science to support key initiatives.
- Define and monitor performance metrics that drive operational excellence.
- Support inventory health initiatives by identifying risks and recommending solutions.
- Unit/value DOC control - manage monthly doc actual vs. target, work with stakeholders to land plans, and accommodate strategic initiatives, with on-going refinement of inputs/targets
- Unit/Value DOC modelling - work with product team to refine/define scientific model for replenishable inventory
- Unit/Value DOC target setting - work with stakeholders (category, category planning, finance and S&OP) to drive DOC alignment (applicable also to every control/mgmt..)
- IB planning variance - own key IB metrics, deep dive, and drive optimization in results, workflow and systems
- IB planning operations - run & enhance simulations through feedback of plan variance into process/simulation improvements (up/downstream)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries (mandatory).
- Proficient in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI to build insightful reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated expertise in data analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with ETL processes and data engineering workflows.
- Familiarity with Python, R, and advanced data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Background in e-commerce, internet-based businesses, or retail, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights in these domains.
- Experience in statistical modeling and inventory/supply chain optimization.

In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant's designated address via registered mail. Please be informed that the job applicant is required to pay the postage on the registered mail.
- In preparation for a job applicant's request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
- The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
