As part of F&A team in P&G, you will work with a multi-functional team responsible for a category, channel or a key project. We focus on your development. Early in your career, there is a rotational assignment model where employees change assignments every 2 to 3 years. Over the course of your career, you will likely work in all areas including: Sales Finance, Brand/Region/Global Business Divisions and Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. As you progress, you may have the opportunity to work globally – via business travel or to complete a 2 to 3-year assignment globally. We want to build the career path that is right for you.Along with meaningful assignments, you will be strongly supported from your manager, mentors and peers. You will receive training to help build your skills beyond what you will learn in your current assignment and to help advance your development as a leader in the company.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Financial Analyst, you will work as the finance leader on a team with representatives from various other functions that is responsible for a brand or category. Within these teams, you will find strong collaboration among team members and an environment where everyone's opinions are valued and encouraged to be shared. Our focus is to win as a team with everyone's strong individual contributions. You will play a role in setting strategy, decision-making, business planning, and analysis across all aspects of the business including:

Category / Channel business strategy development and execution
Category / Channel budgeting and forecasting
Category / Channel financial analysis to drive superior ROI
Price plans
Market intelligence
Stewardship

Job Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any relevant degree
1-2 years of relevant working experience in Finance
Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving
Strong leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communications
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Able to travel abroad
Completed or exempted from military service
Legally eligible to work in Korea
