Job Summary:
The Sales Business Development Analyst II gathers business and commercial intelligence and insights that conform to the overall market strategy. Conducts market analysis to inform the business development, business model transformation, and marketing strategy. Works closely with the sales team and designs and implements management tools and KPIs to measure and optimize the various functions.Responsibilities:
Conducts analysis to increase the value of current business while identifying market opportunities and developing new business models.Explores new business models or suggests other possibilities with forecasted P&L, identifying resources to develop and grow CSK business.Gathers and analyzes data with insightful details for potential business expansion and identifies untapped opportunities to bridge business gaps.Acquires necessary external data from all channels to enrich analysis combined with market insights and business results for decision making.Closely monitors market trends and competitor information of outdoor categories and develops sales programs, retail marketing activities, and improvement projects for revenue growth.Supports the setting, tracking, and achievement of business KPIs to help generate revenue targets and manage budget and expenses.Provides support on daily sales reports during in-season periods and formulates the report analysis for review and improvement.Works closely with cross-functional teams including retail, merchandising, planning, and marketing team in planning and implementation of all business initiatives and special projects.Performs other duties as assigned.Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 2-4 years of professional experience, and general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
