Come be a part of this journey!Purpose StatementCoordinate FMC wrapping Material shipment and custom in the right quantities and the right time to meet the Master Production Schedule (MPS) requirements and deliver KPI targetKey AccountabilitiesYour job's key accountabilities should:Be written in the format of the 2 Performance Dimensions for all rolesIdentify outputs, areas for which job is "accountable", not process by which achieved.Be written in VERB-OBJECT-END RESULT format.Be under the job holder's control; fair measures of performance are indicated.Be not too broad and vague, or too detailed.Not be too many or too few (5-8)Business

Launch Orders of the Wrapping Materials to fully responsive to the MPS requirements
Expedite and re-plan to solve critical material shortage
Review MRP to Ensure Martial availability alongside with optimum stock level
Handle and Settle all restricted materials with the supplier to resolve tied stock value
Create, Maintain and Enhance Master Data in SAP to achieve dynamically Responsive, Efficient and Cost-Effective Purchasing plan

Forecast Material Requirement and report NCM regularly to the suppliers to ensure Material availability and qualityReview and Provide material purchasing related issue to relevant functions (internal & external) to prevent any possible interruption to the production demandMaintain and Report Wrapping Material related with Cash flow regularly and as needed, to provide visibility to the relevant functionsImplementing the EHS IWS pillar tools. (PULSAR, Safety map, QRP, Safety trigger)Reporting all accident including Near miss case.Understanding ESG and fallow up ESG required actions (Energy & water saving, Waste reduction & recycle, etc)Yearly/Monthly target setting for modules aligned with CBN and keep track of progress on a regular basisPeopleLead and facilitate VMI process with key local suppliersDevelops own technical and managerial skills as identified and agreed in personal development planBe supportive and encouraging of others in a team and help to build cooperation by setting an example and showing a flexible approach to delivering team resultKey contact with SGPH Material PlannersCollaborate with other Planners, Master Production schedulers, Production activity control and suppliers to resolve problemsAdapt the information accordingly to ensure the usefulness or appropriateness and quality of information to the relevant functions and supplierJob Requirements/Preferences

Entry level with relevant university major
Understanding in wrapping materials
Understanding in Bill of materials
Understanding in ERP(SAP) system
Functional knowledge in overseas trade
Time management and priority putting
Fluent English skill required
Good computer skill required
Strong mathematical sense required
