Korea BU)Work closely with country manager to deliver their strategic objectives, and profiling activitiesDeliver impactful and innovative campaigns across the region with a strong focus on digital content to resonate with our clientCreate Brand awareness to the white space accountsDeliver and showcase quality thought leadership thinking to clients, publications, and collateral on business topics most relevant to them and support the brand positioningMaintains marketing team in Korea BU for job results by counseling and disciplining team; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededHelp company in brand building in the security spaceDevelop an integrated approach to Marketing Initiatives/Results DrivenProvide required domain prospects to sales leadership and continuous marketing support, including sales tools, training, competitive intelligence, and actionable reportingDevelop in-depth customer and market knowledge. Communicate market needs and opportunities.Develop short and long-term strategies and plans for demand generation, on-going market research, customer needs assessment, sales and inventory forecasting, and customer and sales history analysis.Execute marketing strategies, programs, various strategies which will meet profit objectives for the business unit.Lead cross functional teams, as needed, to deliver project results.SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstanding the proposition for the audience first, what were the differentiators, and started building the contentCreative side – briefing agency for design. Vendor drivenAccount based marketing – gain more traction with accounts - 80/20 rule.Assist in developing sales and customer training programs and sales tools to support the sales force in response to customer and competitive needsProvide competitive intelligence to the field sales teams to counter competitive offers.Stay current on market standards, trends and practices and understand impact on Cyber security product line and businessAbility to sell value to C-Level stakeholders, able to sell in complex multiple customer scenario and able to showcase value preposition and sales expertise as applicableCollaborative across various functions such as Sales, Technical, Channel, to ensure customer success at all levelEXPERIENCEMinimum 6 years of relevant Marketing Experience and preferably few years in Security Industry or IT industryExperience in drafting content and managing a calendar.Exposure to both End Customer Environments and Marketing agenciesMust have growth-oriented mindset and experience of working in the collaborative environmentAbility to understand the technology and translate it into business needsAbility to network, create and build strong relationships senior executive relationshipsExcel in presenting business value proposition, solutions, and able to explain the benefits of complex technology in easy-to-understand business languageTrack Record of marketing excellence and MQL and SQL quota over achievementProven record of excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to listen carefully and create a consultative environmentHigh on ethics and integrityTrend Micro strive to build an environment of equity and inclusion, which reflects diverse points of view.
