- Responsible for delivering overall IDS, Korea business objectives with full P&L responsibility.
- Develop and implement strategic IDS sales and marketing goals.
- Increase market share and strengthen customer portfolio to achieve significant growth and gain relevance in the market.
- Establish and delegate operational objectives and assignments while optimizing resource allocation and projects between the various product areas to achieve sales results and OIBT goals.
- Establish and manage relationships with customers, distributors, and government bodies to achieve business goals.
- As a member of Korea Leadership Team, participate in the formulation of business goals and initiatives that contribute to the growth of Korea organization.
- Support in-country initiatives and projects as requested by the VP, South Korea or VPs of respective MDS/MMS/PS, CASAJ.
- Create strong rapport with all levels of BD associates across the region.
- Lead & develop the IDS team.
- MBA with a graduate degree
- A minimum 15 years of sales and marketing experience preferably in consumable sales and with recent leadership role in the healthcare industry.
- People leadership experience
- Experience in setting direction and providing effective solutions and initiatives to manage a growing industry/market segment
- Extensive knowledge of Korean healthcare markets, practices, channel, and distributor management
- Proven experience in managing P&L for a business
- Strong business acumen and result oriented
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work well in a matrix organization
