🤝 Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners, affiliates, and business introducers
📈 Develop and implement strategies to boost client acquisition, revenue growth, and market share
🌍 Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across target markets
🎤 Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
📊 Deliver market intelligence on trends, competitors, and regulatory updates
🤝 Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
📑 Monitor business performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership✅ What We’re Looking For:
🌐 Native/fluent English speaker (C1 level) + fluency in Thai, Malay, or Korean
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
💼 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management (digital services/tech sector preferred)
🚀 Proven success building and managing partner networks in international or emerging markets
🤝 Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
