  • Provide on-tool technical support :Preventive Maintenance (PM), tool repairs and installations
  • Proactively problem solve
  • Train field service engineers
  • Support service related documentation & procedures
  • Manage communication between the customer and R&D team in Israel
  • Support SW & App activities
[Qualifications]
  • B.Sc. in Engineering from a certified well-known institute
  • Proven “Hands on” technical capabilities
  • At least 3 years of experience as a service field engineer - Must
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry - Must
  • Willing to travel abroad (2-3 times per year) – Must
  • Initial training abroad for a duration of up to ~ 2 months – Must
  • Fluent English (read, write & speak) – Must
  • Technical experience with multi-disciplinary systems- Advantage
  • Creative & “out of the box” thinker.
  • High level of communication & interpersonal skills.
