- Project manage technical data and consultancy projects including advanced analytics, business intelligence, martech, data science, some project examples include:
- Advanced Analytics: GA implementation, Floodlight strategy
- Business Intelligence: Data visualisation & dashboarding, Big Query projects
- MarTech: Google Management Platform onboard, CDP selection
- Data Science: Forecast, Attribution
- Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues across departments and regions, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery with high quality
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Develops, executes, and composes clear and effective communications, trainings, and post-delivery support plans
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensure all project plans and process documents are maintained and kept up to date
- Manage relationship with data and consultancy clients, ensure client retention and identify opportunities to further the relationship
- Support account director to determine and define project scope and objectives, predict resources and budget
- Support client servicing with cross sell proposals, attend client proposal meetings where appropriate
- Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate
- Build stronghold of knowledge through clients’ engagements
- Support the spread of the Data Consultancy knowledge across the company at regional level
- +3 years digital marketing experience, preferably within data
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proactive individual who is confident taking the initiative and working with colleagues across teams and departments
- Confident client facing attributes
- Good understanding of digital data ecosystem such as tracking and metrics
- Able to prioritise and multitask, working with all agency departments as well as independently
- Proactive, motivated, self starter and willing to learn
- Attention to detail with the ability to effectively do initial troubleshooting to support the technical team
- Numerical and analytical
- Experience in any of AA (e.g. GA, AA), BI (e.g. BQ, Tableau), Martech (e.g. GMP, CDP) or DS (e.g. Presto) is desired
- Experience in SQL is an advantage
- Understanding and experience with digital media channels is a huge plus, e.g. PPC, Social, Programmatic
