The primary role of Supply Chain function is to be responsible for all operational activities including key deliverables such as planning and analyzing resources and ensuring items are packaged according to specifications. Coordinating import and export. Performing distribution center/warehousing processing and distribution of orders. Developing & maintaining master schedule, pertaining to transport and cost effectiveness. Maintaining inventory levels. Identifying delivery problems, solutions, and improvement of transportation service levels.Let’s talk about Responsibilities1. Import/Export/local distribution· Management Ensure appropriateness of import and export transactions in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, correct tariff classification
· Ensure appropriateness of arrange the export shipment schedule(Air) according to each contracted incoterms
· Ensure that all required import/export declaration permission or other documentation is secured as required
· Ensure the correct payment of duty, bonded warehouse expense, transportation cost, and other applicable charges in a timely manner
· Develop and manage 3rd party service providers including customs agent, external 3PL warehouse, transportation vendors (i.e. courier, forwarder, trucker) as per contract and aligned with a corporate policy
· Manage customs clearance in conjunction with customs agent
· Manage Customer complaint process of all freight and damage claims2. 3PL Warehouse management
· Develop efficiency of 3PL warehouse for supporting Plant Supply chain team’s inventory control, and resolve the day to day issues
· Support daily inbound and outbound operation process and make sure the shipping condition and storage condition to align with company standard.3. Procurement
· Processing of Purchase orders to suppliers & conduct regular reviews with suppliers.
· Monitor delivery status of open purchase orders and take appropriate action on expedition, escalation or shipping mode intervention to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
· Manage aging purchase orders/sales orders and ensure replenishment is fulfilled
· Identify pre-shortage situations and take appropriate actions to minimize potential stock out/late delivery
· Performing gap analysis of committed vs actual delivery dates from Vendors
· Prepare and participate in S&OP and Monthly Performance Review for procurement improvements4. Other Works
· Data analysis & reporting
· Continuous improvement of KPI and internal processes
· Other duties as assigned by the management

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5~7 years of experience in Logistics, Supply chain especially in medical devices business field.
  • Hands-on experience of customs clearance, forwarder and 3PL controls.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in international trade or Business administration or equivalent work experience
  • Able to work under the initiative, be proactive and good communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Oracle ERP
