Order management & On-time delivery Ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction Manage transportation, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs Manage suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods and services. Develop and implement overall supply chain strategies to optimize processes and improve efficiency Ensure the Compliance program as all strategic goods under control Work with various departments, including sales, operations, and customer service, etc and build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers 3~5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in a tech/SW or HW business Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Finance, or similar relevant fields Experience in SW delivery business such as cloud licensing Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail Problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflicts professionally Excellent communication skills and Proficiency in written and spoken English
