Job Summary:
The Mgr-Financial Planning and Analysis plays a critical leadership role in supporting the technological transformation that has been underway for the past decade. Leverages financial planning, analytic, and influencer skills to provide rock-solid financial data and insights. Acts as a key player in strategic and operational success.Responsibilities:
Performs Rolling Forecasts, Budgets, and prepares the LRP (long range plan) for CSK, driving annual and strategic planning processes and measurement of execution.Advises, supports, challenges and influences the CSK leadership, providing deep business and financial analysis geared toward evolving efficient and effective global technical and digital capabilities.Lead end-to-end financial strategies and execution for multi-million dollar, cross-functional, and multination initiatives-from conception to post-implementation. Expert in evaluating strategic alternatives, building new business cases, developing financial plans, designing performance reporting, and driving operational accountability. Operates effectively in complex, collaborative environments with diverse stakeholders, ensuring long-term value creation and measurable results.Represents CSK in financial matters to senior CSC leadership and CSK leadership through presentations, prepared materials, and various personal interactions.Partners with CSK stakeholders to plan and monitor cost center (departmental) spending, including labor and headcount planning, software and data utilization, capital expenditures, and discretionary spending. Leverages business and financial acumen, professional relationships, and impartiality to hold business partners accountable and drive prudent decision making.Partners and elaborates with CSK stakeholders to plan new business opportunities in new marketplaces and new business models.Develops effective benchmarks and financial models to evaluate business operations and key projects. Secures buy-in for quantitative, metrics-driven decision making.Keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices to improve operations, reduce costs, and mitigate operational and financial risks. Designs financial processes to evaluate and implement new operational models.Drives continuous improvement (CI) in cross-functional processes impacting the effectiveness of shared services operations, including financial coordination and project portfolio planning and execution. Balances accurate, effective execution of day-to-day financial tasks with longer term strategic thought leadership.Performs other duties as assigned.People Management Expectations:

Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or masters degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 10 years functional experience.
  • Experience managing individual contributors and a department or acted as a lead.
  • Manages a team with more than 2 full-time direct reports, typically professional level roles and may include support level roles and temporary/contract employees.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field (MBA and/or CPA is preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to business leaders
  • Applied experience with financial planning systems and tools
  • Cross-functional project experience and initiative management
  • Demonstrated financial modeling and analysis expertise with ability to evaluate and translate business performance and proposals into an objective business case and financial evaluation
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction and with a high degree of professionalism
