- Develop a new accounts & expand the market share in the territories
- Estimate monthly individual sales target & follow it up
- Plan & execute weekly visiting call and follow up on SFDC
- Update customer file & market information on SFDC
- Aware of products knowledge and detailing messages through cycle meetings
- Execute double visit with National Sales Manager
- Attend sales conference & team training & weekly meeting
- Improve a scientific approaches
- Observe company guidelines & sales promotional under CoC
- Control stock balance, return goods, turnover, even in wholesales
- Establish GK's KOLs in the territories
- Manage strategic & selected accounts directly
- Ensure good relationship with KOLs
- Gather & report the market information including competitor's activities
- Participate relevant scientific events through domestic & overseas congresses
