
Staff Technical Program Manager – DC Infra Operations

- Lead end-to-end program management for data center infrastructure initiatives including power, cooling, network, compute, and storage.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Drive execution of infrastructure build-outs, retrofits in the data center.
- Drive capacity review board for capacity expansions.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, risk analysis, and communication cadences.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Track and report program metrics, milestones, and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring minimal impact to timelines and budgets.
- Champion continuous improvement in infrastructure delivery processes and tooling.
- Should be able to come up with scenarios and business requirements by analyzing data and business needs.
- Excellent cross-group collaboration and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail
- Establishes, enables and improves systems to manage product feedback from customers to resolve issues.
- Bachelor's degree computer sciences, mathematics, management/computer information systems, accounting, or related fields. MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred - can be replaced by experience
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Related Work Experience in managing Data Center operations
- Foundation in analyzing, problem determination, and resolving complex IT problems
- Experienced with controls, or risk management with both enterprise applications and developed software, including:
- Service oriented architecture concepts
- Distributed systems access management and service deployment
- Modern software development practices
- Familiarity with AWS services and containerized distributed systems
- Strong familiarity with relational, object-oriented and messaging queue infrastructure
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ruthless Prioritization: self-directed and accountable with the ability to manage competing tasks within specified deadlines
- Move with Urgency: proven track record driving tangible results on short deadlines
- Comfortable with cross-team collaboration and communication
