- Driving the strategy for accountable channels to achieve sales objectives while preserving and building the brand integrity.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional calendar, driving sales and margin, site traffic, improving average transaction size, and order frequency.
- Managing the digital experience optimization for accountable channels via up-to-date product demonstration through airing.
- Alignment of inventory demand, and sales plan through accurate forecasting with supply chain
- Forecast and take accountability of total year P&L for accountable channels.
- Strong relationship with 3rd party TVHS channels to leverage healthy growth.
- Establish strongest possible commercial relationships with key channels.
- Build network with key channels.
- Manage multi-channel issues to maximize profit.
- Build appropriate channel differentiation strategies.
- Monthly business review with key channels
- Managing whole cycle for accountable channels' maintenance & operation
- Build & Update Brand and promotion page in-line with company strategy.
- Manage & plan right internal OSB (Order, Shipping, Billing) process co-working w/ finance & logistic teams.
- Maintain Dyson TV airing guideline & fixture, complement the Dyson TV airing guideline & fixture according to Dyson global guideline.
- Maintain contract with customers, complement the contract in every year.
- Work with Marketing, Communications and Finance team to make integrated business plans for growth of both sell-in / sell-out performance.
- Request support to relevant teams for leveraging channel performance and coordinate analysis with ROI, learning and optimization plan.
- Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.

- Experience bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant business-related field.
- Total 5 -10yrs+ with minimum 1 years TVHS operating experience required; some of which must be with a strong consumer brand in Sales or MKT field.
- Knowledge of consumer lifecycle journey.
- Build up Go-to-Market strategy based on good understanding of channels, consumer behavior and their journey.
- Managing Sales Forecasting (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly) and annual budget based on inventory projection, communication plan and promotion scheme development.
- Ability to work well within a cross departmental team framework.
- Strong team player capable of building and motivating teams.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
