Solaredge is looking to recruit a Quality Engineer to work for its soon-to-open Lithium-ion battery manufacturing plant (Sella 2 plant) in Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex, Eumseong County, Chungbuk Province. As a Quality Engineer, the candidate will be problem solver both internal quality issues and external quality issues, and play a leading role for preventive actions to set up solid Solaredge products.Key Responsibilities- To lead process qualification, product qualification both internal and external- To lead internal quality improvement and external quality issues improvement- To lead preventive action to set up solid Sella 2 quality-To lead Quality Control Plan define/set up and deployment- To lead COPQ (Cost of poor quality) improvement- To lead to develop new test method- To lead to Quality technician training- To lead to set up standardized quality work- To be fully understanding of product, processSolarEdge recognizes its talented and diverse workforce as a key competitive advantage. Bachelor or above degree in Engineering
4+ years of experience in product quality in manufacturing or equivalent
Positive business mindset
NPI (New Product introduction) understanding and deployment career
Internal/external qualification understanding and deployment career
Statical analysis capability (Mintab)
Strength of quality problem solving and preventive action, 6 sigma knowledge
Strength of time management
Excellent internal/external communication skill
Strength of cross functional work
QMS knowledge ence; ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA
