And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionRole Purpose :As a Technology Consultant Team Lead, you will guide and develop a team of Solution and Technology Consultants to deliver impactful outcomes for Rockwell Automation Customers. You will be both a people manager and a technical expert, supporting strategic sales engagements, promoting capability and benefits of portfolio to customers. You will support sales at key customer pursuits by providing specific solution expertise in a defined geography. Your leadership will ensure customer engagement, domain expertise, and alignment with our go-to-market strategies.Reporting Line :You will report to Software & Control Manager - Regional.What You'll Do :As a Consultant Team Lead, you'll oversee a team of domain experts, coach talent, and lead technical alignment across regions. Your work ensures the successful delivery of technically sound, customer-aligned solutions while driving seamless collaboration with sales and marketing teams to maximize business impact.Your responsibilities include:
  • Lead a team of Solution and Technology Consultants to ensure appropriate coverage, competency, and engagement.
  • Be a technical advisor for Rockwell Automation's products and technologies, promoting value to both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Management to support customer pursuits and build commercial programs aligned with the portfolio.
  • Communicate the value of the automation industry and its applications by linking them to our strategic solutions and products, and highlighting the difference from competitors through integrated IT-OT expertise.
  • Contribute to customer proposals and proof-of-concept initiatives to support pre-sales activities.
  • Establish development plans for consultants to enhance technical capabilities.
  • Ensure consistent usage of CRM tools and data tracking to optimize team activities and performance.
  • Share market intelligence and best practices with regional and global peers to enhance team effectiveness and customer impact.
  • Represent Rockwell Automation at trade shows, seminars, and marketing events.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of technical experience, and at least 2 years of people management role.
  • Expertise in solution selling and automation technologies.
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring in a technical or consultative role.
  • Strategic commercial insight and understanding of customers key performance goals.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects; fluent in English.
  • Communicates ideas with clarity across a matrixed organization.
  • A passion and ability to cultivate a positive team culture aligned with our goals and priorities.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned geography.
