Finance & Accounting Manager

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and analysis
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Manage the monthly and quarterly closing process
• Manage the cashflow and establish financial plans (including loans, capital changes)
• Corporate Card Management
• Develop and monitor financial performance metrics
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to Director
• Management of corporate official documents such as credit ratings, export/import performance certificates
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
• Provide guidance and support to the finance and accounting team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and concepts
• Holder of an acocunting qualification preferred
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Solid understanding of accounting software and systems (DOUZONE "Wehago" or "Smart A")
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Skilled in both written and verbal english communication (Business Level)
