- Responsible for successful contract renewal
- Lead commercial discussion with existing customers
- Make a commercial proposal for new business scope/business expansion/new requirement
- Lead cross-functional communication as an opportunity owner to work as a main communication window with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and work as an escalation path
- Go through necessary internal approval process by fully understanding business model/solution/P&L (complete papers and make presentations)
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Fluent English skill for business meetings in English
- Analytical skills with good understanding on P&L (Data analysis)
- Ability to understand commercial contracts and discuss legal terms
- With high accuracy in work
- Microsoft Office (Exel, Word, PPT) - Mid/High
- (Preferred) Experience in 3PL/contract logistics and sales
