E&I Technician

• Maintains Control equipments in working order.
• Maintains production equipment's control and protection devices.
• Takes necessary actions to reduce production downtimes.
• Takes action or uses resources available in order to solve mechanical, Piping , or analytical problems.

• Implement PM periodically base on the schedules and patrol plant to monitor the equipment conditions.
• Implements necessary corrective and preventative measures to maintain high performance of facilities.
• Report the control equipment and/or system's abnormality or problems and investigate its’ root causes.

• Take part in various training on a continuous basis regarding proper equipment operation, safety devices, technical issues and regulations, with respect to ALK standards.
• Studies fully aware the equipment maintenance or overhaul procedures.
• Conducts own performance reviews and reinforce the lack aspects..

• Provides maintenance and support for plant data-acquisition systems.
• Performs data entry for maintenance reports and to update equipment database.
• Prepares problem summaries for reporting purposes and suggests necessary countermeasures.
• Shares his/her knowledge and makes his/her expertise available.

• Implement maintenance work being comply with SOPs and IMS, use proper working tools and wear personal protect equipment
• Knows and respects all procedures indicated in maintenance, quality and safety manuals.
• Analyzes his activity, identifies causes of dysfunction and suggests appropriate corrective actions.
• Aggressively act to meet the ALK’s safety and IMS objectives.
• Knows and respects all safety and IMS requirements
• Reports any safety or reliability issues to the Manager
