- Provide an on-behalf of service to support execution-related discussions with the client to identify potential opportunities, develop scope, build the business case and deliver the end-to-end project to grow the client's portfolio
- Provide strategic and tactical advisory to clients driven by data and insights
- Set KPIs for successful initiative execution and align them with the client
- Design and deliver compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly, at times physically support implementation at the client site
- Collaborate with data science team to utilize our advanced data analytics capabilities
- Work closely across multiple team functions including wider VCA, Product, Sales, Regional and Marketing team to acquire specific subject matter expertise as needed
- Support planning and execution to guide and inspire clients and the wider Visa organization
- Experience in portfolio management from the issuer or fintech side
- Experience in driving customer communication from the issuer or fintech side
- Ability to develop and execute a communication strategy that aligns with business goals
- Proficiency in analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Strong in operating and managing the PDCA cycle for various communication strategies
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
- Business level English proficiencyWhat will also help- Familiarity with campaign analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, CRM systems, analytics tools)
- Experience in management consulting
