- Penetrating into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.
- Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans, reviewing them, and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed.
- Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
- Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or any equivalent qualification
- Must have minimum 10 years of working experience as a Service sales specialist in Automation industry (Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Chemical & Refinery and Petrochemical.)
- Prior and proven experience working with Korean Power Generation customers and consultants as customers and existing personal networks with the same would be preferred
- Sound knowledge and skill sets for both Automation and Electrification
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Business level in verbal and written English and native in Korean • Willingness to travel about 70%
