E-Business Operations Assistant Manager

- You will be the key connector between our online retail boutiques (Web, CRC, Omnichannel) and other departments. You will ensure the efficiency and continuous improvement of the day-to-day operations for our E-business, achieving service excellence.
- You will build expertise of eBusiness systems & flows as a systems (SAP) key user. You will understand the systems (ERP, Middleware,…) to manage online orders in order to identify frictions and any enhancements needed - escalate & discuss evolutions needs with the Region.
- You will guarantee the execution of all eBusiness services in the Market. You will build a strong relationship with all key stakeholders and internal partnerships (anti-fraud, logistics, retail, supply chain, etc). You will also manage arbitration for online order stock requests to guarantee correct order fulfilment (stock, consumables, services e.g. engraving, etc.)
- You will identify new ways to elevate the client experience as well as the performance of our online retail boutiques within the Market & taking into account the local specifics. You will analyze new services/projects and support client engagement activities (organization, materials etc.) - share with Region and HQ.
- You will ensure the excellence of the Maison image in the Market. You will create a competitive advantage vs others luxury Maisons from payment to delivery/fulfillment in line with Maison Online Retail Strategy.
