- Strategic Sales Planning:
- Analyze regional market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product sales management to address challenges and implement timely solutions. * Customer and Market Growth:- Discover and capitalize on new opportunities for growth across the region focusing on innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Suggest and promote new services, products, and sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain close relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery. * Business Partner Management:- Manage regional business partners (BPs) by providing training, generation leads, and supporting their sales activities.
- Ensure BPs are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to represent ZEISS products effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate BP performance, ensuring alignment with company goals. * Operational Excellence and Reporting:- Communicate effectively on internal sales -related topics, including CRM updates, BAFA, FCA compliance issues, and monthly reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely use of CRM tools and maintain robust sales data and forecasts.
- Address potential problems proactively and implement prompt solutions in coordination with relevant teams.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial quality solutions, metrology, or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance process and technologies.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical, or electronics.
- Knowledge of ZEISS products or similar metrology solutions.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
