Job DescriptionRenesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Manager, Regional Product Marketing, to fill this highly visible role. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about Microcontrollers and Microprocessors based embedded development with experience in product promotion and business development. Familiarity and proficiency in developing strategies to increase the opportunity pipeline, establish and implement Go-To-Market plans working with Sales and Distribution partners to expand market share, develop key customer promotions and efficiently train channel partners is essential for this position.This person is required to be based in Seoul, South Korea, he will be supported by Taiwan's based Product experts to expand Korea business in a Product Marketing role.
  • Enable and drive sales teams to meet design-win goals with excellent training, regular recurring communications, direct visits and support to key customers and distributor branches
  • Provide product marketing collateral, promotional material and digital content that informs and influences sales, partners, distributors and key customer decision-makers
  • Provide regional representation and contribution to Product Business Units including future product definition feedback, market and competitive analysis and product business potential.
  • With support from management, define and execute Go-To-Market plan for India and actively participate in the promotion through product Introduction and demonstrations, new product & solution Introduction (NPI / NSI), customer visits, trade shows and events
  • Evaluate and recommend Design partners and ecosystem enablers that will help create product eco-systems that result in increasing design wins and revenue growth
  • Manage and report status of Key Performance Indicators and track/drive business performance
  • Provide product support and product training to Renesas Sales, FAEs, Sales Representatives, and Distributors.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Microcontrollers, Microprocessors or FPGAs with focus on embedded system solutions, tools and development system marketing
  • Experience in Management of local, global, and cross-functional teams, programs, and 3rd parties
  • Understanding of embedded system development tool technologies and system development techniques
  • Exceptional communication skills: presentation creation/delivery, public speaking, and written
  • Outstanding leadership skills with strong drive and ability to take ownership to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to influence and convince internally and externally
Highly desired experience:
  • Technical knowledge of various MCU/MPU eco-systems requirements, application and segments
  • Understanding of Inverter motor control, Industrial Applications, HMI & IoT systems and architecture
  • Experience in development tools and embedded software used in various industries
