JOB TITLE Senior Wholesale ManagerREPORTING TO Commercial DirectorMAIN PURPOSETo ensure achieving assigned sales target by developing and optimizing wholesale. (Travel Retail & Corporate Gift sales)Responsible for by serving as an intermediary between Brand and Partners(DF operators and Corporate Gift partners) building sound partnership and smoothly implementing planned in the long termKEY RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibility 1 : Travel retail Sell in & Sell out management
  • Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Sales Planning and management by DF operator and by POS
  • Achieve sales to meet the annual, quarterly, monthly targets and take necessary actions accordingly
  • Develop and implement commercial action plans to promote sales e.g. Promotional plan, Incentive scheme, Target bonus, season off promotion etc.
  • Work closely with DF buyers to meet sell in and DF agency to manage sell out target.
  • Order management : Novelty, continuity order to replenish stock
  • Monitoring month stock coverage to maintain optimal stock level
  • Manage sales data of each POS using of Booster and SAP
Key Responsibility 2 : Travel retail distribution & network management
  • Manage existing store network projects: expansion, renovation, relocation, closure, etc
  • Responsible for developing strong partnerships with key partners
  • Optimize the network through successful management of Sellin/Sellout/Stock balance of each POS with a strategy & action plans
  • Maximize commercial efficiency in a view of wholesale operations
Key Responsibility 3 : Boutique Operations
  • Set BTQ KPI with DF agent to drive sell out
  • Budget planning for boutique running cost
  • Supervise and support boutique operational issue with DF agent
Key Responsibility 4 : Corporate Gift sales & Others
  • Prepare annual, quarterly, monthly Corporate Gift (B2B) sales budget & objectives including strategy & action plan
  • Supervise and support corporate gift sales activities.
  • Coaching, developing and supporting team member's (Wholesale Specialist) competency.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor degree and above
  • Over 15 years of experiences in Travel retail, Wholesale and/or Channel sales(B2B)
  • Working experience in premium brands(Fashion Accessories, Watches & Jewelleries, FMCG)
  • Writing and verbal communication in both English and Korean
  • Over mid-level of Computer skill (MS office, especially Excel, PPT)
  • Proficient computer skill (Excel, PPT, SAP)
