• Manage beverage and dairy projects
• Evaluate and select the winning profile for beverage and dairy customers
• Build and update a flavour library for beverage and dairy products based on customer feedback, marketing trends, sensory reports, and consumer preferences
• Create a network with ingredient players, machine manufacturers, and customer R&D managers
• Support the sales force with technical presentations and key project initiatives for customers
• Participate in the proactive pipeline and generate creative concepts emphasising the company's expertise
• Identify flavour creation needs for the beverage and dairy category and deliver the right creation needs to the flavorist
• Provide an interpretation of the brief to the flavorist while offering flavour orientations
• Manage the sweet laboratory and equipment
• Support key projects on-site together with the sales force
• Coordinate communication with the company's affiliates in other areas

• Bachelor's degree or above in food science or relevant major
• More than 7 years of professional experience in R&D in the food industry or a sweet application or evaluation department of a flavour company
• Knowledge of the beverage and dairy market and its various stakeholders
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in written and verbal English
