Tailor and support comprehensive new hire onboarding programs to ensure rapid integration and performance of sellers in Korea. Conduct Customer Experience Center (CXC) demonstrations for partners and customers. Review translated content and providing translation assistance, as needed. Measure and report on enablement activities, learning adoption, and tangible sales results such as pipeline growth and bookings. All other duties as assigned by GSE and aligned with departmental goals. Strong knowledge of complex, enterprise-wide software sales. Ability to assess sales and technical learning needs of internal sellers and software resellers. Experience training sellers on solutions similar to Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), adjusting content as needed and supporting key sales programs focused on Manufacturing, Engineering and Service buyers. Hands-on experience conducting and coordinating sales and technical customer demonstrations in a CXC or similar environment. Proven success delivering interactive sales training on prospecting, value-based discovery, account planning, etc. to support cross-sell, upsell, and new business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated success applying those skills to presentations, demonstrations and sales training, both virtually and in-person. Experience with content development including courses, videos, and job aids. Proven ability to solve complex problems and enhance processes in measurable ways, with ongoing cross-functional communication, clear, concise requirements gathering and updates to stakeholders. Strong research and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with Command of the Message and MEDDICC sales methodologies, or similar. Fluent in both Korean and English Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Demonstrated success in a global or multi-national organization 8 years of experience working in software sales related roles. Minimum of 5 years in enablement.
