Region: Seoul, Korea(서울 중구)Role Summary:Clinical Application Specialist, Ultrasound is responsible to ensure that customers (e.g. end-users, technicians, operators) are properly introduced and trained to optimally use Customer Lifetime Value products like clinical options, add-ons & upgrades for Ultrasound delivered, installed and handed over by Philips and maximize customer satisfaction in the assigned region. This position will provide clinical value by training to internal and external customers and increase business volume in Ultrasound Customer Lifetime Value.Clinical Application Specialist, Ultrasound는 필립스의 Ultrasound(초음파) 제품/솔루션/서비스의 임상 응용에 대한 지식 전문가로써, 제품 및 솔루션에 대한 임상 관련 지원을 하여 고객 만족도를 극대화 하고 비즈니스 규모를 확장하는데에 기여합니다. 고객에게 프레젠테이션 및 제품 데모 시연을 실시하며, 영업 팀에 임상에 관한 교육을 실시합니다.Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate application training schedules for customers.
  • Train customers on clinical procedures and protocols for optimal usage of Ultrasound equipment.
  • Provide re-training for hospital staff on new releases or any add-ons & upgrades for Ultrasound equipment in procedures.
  • Ensure high-quality training and customer satisfaction.
  • Report difficulties in equipment usage to headquarters.
  • Deliver customized training materials as needed.
  • Support user group meetings.
  • Gather direct feedback from customers through regular visits.
  • Assist sales team during acquisitions and demonstrations.
  • Educate sales team on emerging clinical issues and market changes.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Stay updated on clinical developments and safety standards.
  • Manage safety standards and report accidents.
  • Ensure training complies with company quality policy.
  • Report customer feedback and follow quality standards.

  • Ultrasound 제품의 최적 사용을 위한 임상 절차 및 프로토콜을 고객에게 교육합니다.
  • 새로운 출시나 추가 기능 및 업그레이드에 대하여 병원 직원을 대상으로 Re-training을 실시합니다.
  • 높은 수준의 교육과 고객 만족도를 보장합니다.
  • 최적의 제품 활용에 관련하여 애로사항이 있을 경우 본사에 보고합니다.
  • 필요시 고객에 맞춤형 교육 자료를 제공합니다.
  • 사용자 그룹 회의를 지원합니다.
  • 정기적인 방문을 통해 고객의 직접적인 피드백을 수집합니다.
  • Acquisition 과정에 있어 영업팀을 지원하고, 임상평가, 제품 데모 및 프레젠테이션을 실시합니다.
  • 신규 임상 이슈 및 시장 변화에 대해 영업팀에 교육합니다.
  • 시장 점유율을 늘리기 위한 영업 전략을 개발합니다.
  • 임상 개발 및 안전 기준에 대해 최신 정보를 유지합니다.
  • 안전 기준을 관리하고 사고를 보고합니다.
  • 교육이 회사의 품질 정책을 준수하도록 합니다.
  • 고객 피드백을 보고하고 품질 기준을 준수합니다.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Above Bachelor’s degree level education
  • Experienced in Ultrasound clinical domain
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English communication is preferred
  • Knowledge in Healthcare industry
  • 학력: 학사 졸업자 이상
  • 경력: Ultrasound 임상 분야 경력자 및 동종 환경 혹은 직무 경험자(Sonographer, Clinical Application Specialist 등)
  • 프레젠테이션 및 커뮤니케이션 기술
  • 업무상 영어 활용 가능자
  • 헬스케어 산업에 대한 지식
