Job Description Summary This role will support the strategic and operational execution of medical activities in alignment with the global and regional medical plans, ensuring scientific excellence and compliance.   • Support development and implementation of local/regional medical plans aligned with global medical strategies.
  • Provide medical input into brand strategy, lifecycle management, and launch readiness.
  • Establish and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and academic institutions.
  • Contribute to planning and initiating advisory board meetings or symposia and congress activities.
  • Conduct scientific exchange and respond to medical inquiries in a compliant manner.
  • Support clinical trials, investigator-sponsored studies (ISTs), and real-world evidence (RWE) initiatives.
  • Closely collaborate with Global Medical Service teams and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
  • Develop and deliver medical training to internal or external stakeholders.
  • Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide medical expertise to cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, RA, QA and PV.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in life sciences (Pharmacist, PharmD, PhD preferred) or equivalent medical degree.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in medical affairs or clinical development within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong scientific knowledge and ability to interpret and communicate clinical data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment
  • Well-trained in compliance and Korean Code of Practice
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Diagnostics or Molecular Imaging therapeutic areas (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and excellence in customer-facing medical activities
  • Closely collaboration with Global Medical Service teams and cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in delivering impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-trained in compliance and Korean Code of Conduct
