- 5-7 years of marketing and/or marketing communications experience
- Bachelors Degree or demonstrable equivalent in Marketing, Marketing Communications, and/or Business Degree
- Experience managing external partnerships across multiple time zones
- Ability to identify creative solutions for complex issues
- Strong project management and organizational skills to manage projects with varying deadlines, handle interruptions, and be flexible with adapting planned tasks to meet business requirements
- Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint, Eloqua, SAP CRM will be an added advantage.
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in English and Korean language. Additional language capability such as Business communications in other languages would be an added advantage.
- Previous experience and the ability to work as part of a virtual Regional team and organization
- Competent in utilization of Microsoft Office applications, translation technologies, content management systems and other enterprise solutions
- Ability to give clear, concise and constructive feedback to both internal and external resources
- Learn, adapt and follows established Company Practices
