DM 채널 목표 달성을 위해 영업성과, 인력관리, Sales Quality (불완전판매, 유지율, Complaints), Product Mix, 컴플라이언스 등을 관리합니다.[담당업무]1. 조직 및 성과 관리- 본부 목표 달성 위한 전략 수립 및 구현- 본부 운영 정책 수립 및 관리 감독- 산하 센터 영업조직 역량 강화 계획 수립 및 성장 독려- 본사와 영업조직 간 소통 채널 구축2. 리쿠르팅- 리쿠르팅 목표 달성 통한 재적 순증 전략 수립 및 관리- 산하 센터 리쿠르팅 진척현황 점검 및 달성 결과 피드백- 업계 우수 Center Manager, SVR 등 관리 조직 도입3. 본부 내 조직 평가 관리- Center Manager, Sales Support Staff등 KPI 평가- 개인 역량에 따른 적합한 조직 배치- 본부 산하 인력 역량 강화 프로그램 수립 및 운영4. 회사 규정 준수 및 관리 감독- 사규 준수여부 모니터링 및 위반 예방 위한 관리 감독- 고객 민원 적합여부 판단 및 후속 프로세스 진행[자격요건]- 보험관련 직무 경력 최소 10년 이상- 팀 관리 경력 5년 이상- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 스킬 (대인관계 기술 및 의사소통 능력)[근무조건]- 고용형태: 계약직- 급여 및 복지조건 : 회사 내규에 따름- 근무지역 : 서울 중구 통일로2길 16, AIA타워[전형절차]- 서류전형
