  • Lead client projects focused on strategy execution, leadership development, and organizational transformation
  • Design customized solutions that reflect each client's strategy, people, and business priorities
  • Facilitate high-impact workshops that build alignment, shift mindsets, and strengthen capabilities
  • Interview C-level or business leaders to develop an understanding of their strategy, culture, and transformation needs
  • Build and grow long-term client relationships based on trust and insight
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to business development
  • Collaborate closely with the BTS Seoul team and our global colleagues
  • Take ownership of your growth, projects, and contributions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience across business functions or consulting, in any industry
  • Experience leading and delivering projects end-to-end
  • Experience in strategy, change, leadership, or people-related initiatives
  • Exposure to business development, client management, or sales enablement
  • Some functional and/or industry expertise
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Native-level Korean and fluent English proficiency
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40-50% during peak periods)
