Resource Planners create medium to long term planning and schedules for all operational service resources whilst making decisions to communicate and deliver service. Resource Planners handle exception management, and balance continuously conflicting demands in the area of business obligations, resource availabilities and customer demand.Resource Planner는 모든 운영 서비스 자원(서비스 엔지니어 등)에 대한 중장기 계획과 일정을 생성하며, 원할한 서비스 딜리버리를 위한 커뮤니케이션을 하고 결정을 내립니다. Resource Planner는 예외 사항을 처리하고, 비즈니스 의무, 자원 가용성 및 고객 수요의 가운데에서 지속적으로 충돌하는 요구(서비스 엔지니어의 가용성, 고객 요청 사항)를 균형 있게 조율합니다.Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Create a resourcing plan and service order fulfillment schedule to deliver on commitments and have an optimized resource allocation across service engineers and service parts.
- Make long and short-term decisions to deliver service whilst balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations and customer demand
- Receive, monitor, develop and dispatch service orders for service engineers and resources
- Act as the single person of contact for exception and escalation of service orders for customers, consumers and service engineers (internal / external) in a professional matter (analysis, registration, communication and timely escalation)
- Create, communicate and confirm customer maintenance plan(s) for preventive maintenance aligned with contract and maintenance requirements
- Forecast, plan, analyze and monitor service execution for workforce utilization and preventive maintenance
- 고객과의 약속을 이행하기 위해 자원 계획 및 서비스 오더 이행 플랜을 작성하고 서비스 엔지니어와 파트 배송 일정에 따른 최적화된 자원 할당을 보장합니다.
- 비즈니스 의무와 고객 수요 영역에서 충돌하는 요구를 균형 있게 유지하면서 서비스를 제공하기 위해 장기 및 단기적인 결정을 내립니다.
- 서비스 오더를 받고, 모니터링 및 구체화하여 서비스 엔지니어와 기타 팀원에게 할당합니다.
- 예외 및 서비스 오더의 에스컬레이션을 전문적으로 담당하여 고객, 소비자 및 서비스 엔지니어(내부/외부) 사이에서 단일 연락인으로 행동합니다(분석, 등록, 커뮤니케이션 및 상부로의 적시적인 에스컬레이션).
- 계약 및 유지보수 요구 사항과 일치하는 고객 유지보수 계획을 작성하고, 이를 고객에게 전달하여 확인합니다.
- 인력 활용 및 예방 정비를 위해 지속적으로 서비스 실행을 예측하고, 계획하고, 분석 및 모니터링합니다.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree level education
- Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
- Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management or Customer Services
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Software
- Experience with case management systems and related tools
- 학력: 4년제 이상 대학교 졸업자
- 한국어 및 영어 Communication 가능자
- SCM 관리 등 Resource Planning 경력 또는 고객 서비스 분야에서 최소 2년이상 경험자
- Microsoft Windows 및 Office 소프트웨어에 대한 경험
- Case Management 시스템 및 관련 도구 사용 경험
- 장애인 및 보훈대상자 우대
