
Business Development Manager - South Korea (Remote)

- Develop the assigned country or region by converting leads into clients and building relationships with new and existing partners.
- Actively engage trading professionals through social platforms, forums, and communities, aiming to convert them into clients or partners.
- Identify and utilize the most efficient local marketing channels to promote the company and its products effectively.
- Assist in the onboarding of clients, Affiliates, IBs, and Money Managers, while ensuring a seamless user experience in collaboration with customer support.
- Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to create sales and marketing content, negotiate partnership terms, and monitor partner performance to meet KPIs.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with FX/CFD and online trading industry experience
- Native or near-native Korean is required and strong English is essential with the preference towards individuals with working experience or connections in the region
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, management, Economy and/or marketing and related disciplines
- Excellent communication, writing skills, customer service and negotiation skills
