- Front line warranty service support for AMH instrumentation customers (particle and titration systems)
- Point of contact for OEMs executing new system installations
- Point of contact regarding annual calibrations and validations
- Design application scientific methods and approaches for customers based on unique requests; develop execution plan and report results
- Develop new applications for current products and suggest modifications/improvements to existing products to expand customer and/or market opportunities
- Provides technical sales support necessary to maintain current business and / or capture new business
- Visits customers before, during and after the introduction of new products to educate the market and pursue initial sales opportunities.
- Provides, presents and interprets design, application and service information.
- Supports Business Unit as directed and provides a direct customer contact in situations requiring concentrated technical and applications support.
- Researches and maintains expert technical knowledge of products and applications.
- Collaborates with product management and marketing communications to create, enhance and communicate technical literature, white papers, manuals, data sheets and related product information.
- Supports product training programs internally and externally for all products within Instrumentation portfolio.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to customers (both internal and external)
- Strong problem-solving skills (issues containment, root cause analysis, corrective action.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to perform some level of statistical analyses of data generated through applications studies
- Capacity to understand specific technical requirements as well as exhibit sound product knowledge
- Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing techniques
- Actively seeks ways to increase skill level and proficiency in technical and commercial techniques
- Proficiency in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to understand and become proficient in all Entegris particle and titration software & firmware packages
- Language Ability: English proficiency required

- 3-5 years of experience in particle size analysis preferred
- Master’s Degree in chemistry or chemical engineering or highly related field preferred; experience with alternative engineering disciplines may be considered
- At least 5 years experience in Semiconductor industry in a technical capacity
- Experience directly engaging with customers in a Technology, Applications or Sales role
