- Develop an impeccable brand, product and editorial content and experiences ensuring it meets KPI’s in alignment with relevant stakeholders from Digital team to MKT team
- Encourage collaboration, ownership and continued learning and development, inspiring the continued quality of expression of the Aesop brand
- Prepare strategic planning with timeline, regular reports, and meeting materials
- File preparation and management - ensure all work is filed and easily accessible as archives when required
- Templates and Guidelines: Assist in the creation of digital templates, guidelines, and specification documents, recommending enhancements and efficiencies
- Work collaboratively with Regional Head of Creative, Creative Studio Asia, and local agency on top of internal teams at Aesop Korea
- Above Bachelor’s degree
- At least 6 years of working experience in graphic design and art direction, or relevant design career
- Cohesive understanding of both 2d and 3D design. Prior visual merchandising, 3D design, and/or architectural experience is extra merit.
- Concept, design and implementation including, but not limited to: responsive experiences, ecommerce, email, CRM, social and digital instore experiences, across all touchpoints of the retail ecosystem
- Prior experience working on motion contents.
- Comfortable knowledge of EC and digital landscape in the market and UI and UX design experience is appreciated.
- With strong visual sensitivity and detailed eyes.
- Exceptional organisation and project management skills.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with designers and other creatives, and a collaborative mindset in general
- Conceptual, innovative, adventurous – while having an acute eye for detail and desire for quality
- Ability to use insights to inspire digital products, services, and solutions. Ability to adapt and implement quickly
- Excellent organisation and project management skills and the ability to deliver a project on time and within budget.
