- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and performant frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Architect and develop Micro Frontend solutions to support modular and independent feature deployments
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate with Java-based REST APIs
- Lead the development of fullstack features, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust backend integration
- Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and performance
- Contribute to a culture of technical excellence
- Work with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility of all web applications
- 5+ years of industry experience in frontend or fullstack software engineering
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, especially React.js and Next.js
- Experience with Micro Frontend architecture and modular application design
- Solid understanding of Java and building/integrating with RESTful APIs
- Proven ability to design and implement complex UI systems with attention to performance and scalability
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building great user experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and leading the delivery of large-scale services for complex business offerings.
- Ability to influence cross functional stakeholders, prioritize ruthlessly, Aim High and Find a Way to deliver results with grit.
- Capable of or is fluent in English communication.
- Master or PhD degree in computer science or other related technical fields.
