- Partner Enablement & Technical Advisory: You'll be at the forefront of technical empowerment for our partners. This includes leading solution training, designing Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and conducting demo workshops for partner SEs through structured programs like CLP Instructor-led Training and BlackBelt Academy. You'll also deliver impactful enablement sessions at partner events (e.g., SE Virtual Training, Roadshows) and evaluate their readiness using the Partner Technical Assessment (PTA) framework. Collaborating closely with Cisco architecture engineers and SE managers, you'll provide essential architecture-specific updates across areas like Networking, Security, Cloud AI, Collaboration, and DevNet.
- Program Ownership: You'll be instrumental in operating and driving key partner programs such as Cisco Learning Partner Hands-on Training, Demo Labs, Partner Helpline enablement, dCloud access support, and SalesConnect Korea guidance. You'll also lead Architecture Champions Club communities, sharing roadmaps and vulnerability updates, and manage Partner CTOs Roundtables and APL Interlock programs to gather insights, shape roadmap inputs, and guide future training needs. Maintaining clear alignment with Partner Account Executives (PAEs) and Portfolio/Archtecture Solutions Engineer and AEs will be crucial to acclearating strategic wins and co-delivery motions.
- Knowledge Hub & Communication: You'll represent Cisco in Partner Weekly Webinars and architecture sessions, delivering relevant updates and engaging in Q&A. Your contributions will extend to Cisco Community Korea, promoting peer learning and self-service support through localized content. You'll also regularly update the Partner Central Korea portal with new enablement content, onboarding assets, and upcoming events for each architecture.
- Looking for a junior presales engineer to assist with partner enablement experience.
- A university degree in a technical subject area or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Hands-on experience with networking and/or data center solutions.
- Proven experience leading partner-focused enablement programs or customer-facing sessions.
- Familiarity with Cisco solutions.
- Experience delivering Instructor-Led Training (ILT), creating localized technical content, or co-training sessions with vendors.
- A strong understanding of partner go-to-market models.
- Relevant technical certifications such as CCNP or CCIE.
- The ability to effectively engage in technical discussions with both hands-on SEs and C-level partner executives.
