We work to improve the value of customer returns and unused inventory. In doing so the process should ensure that:
  • There is no disagreement with the value perception of the item bought by the next customer
  • The cost of grading remains lowest
  • The re-graded items' return rate remains as close to the original return rates as possible
For doing these tasks, we continuously work with the Operations, Business, Procurement, Automation, Product and Finance teams as some of the stakeholders.What You Will Do
  • Support Reverse Logistics (RL) processes and Project Management for CLT Business Reviews
  • Data analysis for all RL metrics - Preparing dashboards, trends and visual reports
  • Responsible for Yield Improvement Program data metrics where we are aiming to reduce Losses by 21 CPU - this will be one of the biggest projects across CFS in 2025
  • Data gathering and maintenance for Monthly Review with CLT and coordination with multiple stakeholder teams
Basic Qualifications
  • Around 5 years in analytical roles related to operations, internal audits, process optimization, or policy, including positions such as process analyst, operations analyst, audit analyst, systems analyst, policy analyst, or financial analyst.
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean, as the role involves collaboration with English-speaking senior leadership and partners
  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams, including aligning with partners on problem statements, breaking down problems into manageable analyses, and communicating outcomes
  • Experience in conducting hands-on in-depth data analysis, handling data of varying quality, identifying root causes, and proposing practical solutions; ability to quickly synthesize information and extract key insights.
  • Expertise in SQL, big data systems (e.g., Hive), as well as standard analytical tools from MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation, including knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in e-commerce retail and returns management environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to senior management, influencing peers and senior leaders without authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in descriptive statistics (measures of central tendency and dispersion), pattern recognition in data, inferential statistics (making inferences from sample data), and regression analysis (identifying relationships and making predictions).
  • Knowledge of Python and tools for automation of data processing and analysis
  • Experience in leading analytical projects, incl. delegation and coordination of work of other analysts

If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
  • The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
