APAC Tech Recruiter (1-year contract)

• Partner closely with the business and hiring managers to assess & define talent requirements to recruit top talent and advise on creative hiring strategies.
• Build rapport & relationships across all levels & functions to support exponential growth and achieve high-volume hiring targets.
• Engage passive candidates actively, apply various sourcing techniques, and partner with the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategy.
• Manage the recruiting process from initial contact through onboarding
• Provide regular recruiting metrics to the hiring manager and HR as requested/required
• Steward of Moloco culture employer brand, and foster an amazing candidate experience

• Over 4+ years, successfully managed full lifecycle recruiting for various positions such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Product Management.
• We're looking for someone who can step into any position/org and be able to recruit based on the needed position in the required market.
• Strong experience sourcing, engaging passive candidates, negotiating, and closing offers
• Wide knowledge of recruiting and sourcing techniques & tools
• Strong partnership/collaboration skills (Client Orgs, HR Business Partners, Recruiting Coordination Support)
• Ability to guide hiring managers and their teams to foster an inclusive and collaborative hiring process
• Fluent in English and Korean
