-Implement the communication strategies for overall MINI owned channel (Social Media, website, Kakaotalk, etc.)
-Responsible for digital channel optimization and alignment across full funnel : awareness to conversion.Social Media:
-Develop monthly, weekly, annual content calendar for owned media channel to deliver brand and product value.
-Build strategy to optimize social channels (IG, FB, KakaoTalk, etc.) to drive new followers and customers.
-Weekly, monthly, yearly analysis and reporting, including competitor analysis.
-Develop local content and adaptation of global editorial contents and overall owned channel content.
-Manage day to day social media communication with communication manager and agency.
-Explore new opportunities for social collaboration with influencers and brands.
-Manage Customer communication (Kakaotalk channel message and LMS)Website Strategy and Maintenance:
-Create and optimize overall customer journey from digital to offline (new vehicle web requests, prospects, lead).
-Regular content update and management for product, promotions and newsletter.
-Manage all content and adaptations including content creation for MINI Shop Online.
-Develop new local webpage via internal system.
-Communicate with global and local agency.
-Manage and reporting of Web NPS and Web KPIs.Others:
-Support communication manager for media, production and retail.
-Support retail marketing activities자격요건:
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Min. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media specialist (automotive industry or agency
experience preferred).
-Passionate mind for MINI brand, digital and data driven insights.
-Strong English Skills and professional communication skills.
