- Job Title: Revenue Operations Funnel Analyst
- Location: Seoul, Korea (서울 중구)
- Responsible for capturing, consolidating, and reporting the short term forecast on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for the markets.
- Leading revenue operations daily management activities ensuring risk mitigation plans are actioned in a timely manner and driving root cause analysis.
- Work in liaison with customer service sales team to achieve business goals.
- Monitoring new OIT ensuring transition from sales to start installation lead times are within the expected targets.
- Driving continuous improvement to further enhance revenue forecasting process through automation and process optimization.
- Assist in creating forecasting models and leveraging analytics tools to enable timely and accurate sales alignment, reporting and analysis
- Monitor OIT and backlog for opportunities to accelerate revenue velocity while ensuring customer experience is not negatively impacted.
- Collaborate with market leadership on ways to improve revenue reporting and forecast accuracy.
- Be accountable for metrics tracking and reporting related to the pipeline and portfolio.
- Monitoring KPI’s and making adjustments or improvements as needed.
- Monitor data quality ensuring it meets the minimum required integrity to ensure leadership confidence in forecast.
- 주간, 월간 및 분기별 기간에 대한 단기적인 forecast를 수집, 통합 및 보고합니다.
- Revenue Operation에 대한 Daily Management를 주도하여 Risk 완화 계획이 적시에 실행되고 원인 분석이 이루어지도록 합니다.
- Customer Service Sales팀(Service Account Manager)과 협력하여 비즈니스 목표를 달성하는데 기여합니다.
- 판매에서 설치 시작 리드 타임으로의 프로세스에 관여하여 새로운 Order Intake를 모니터링하고 예상 타겟 내에 있도록 합니다.
- 자동화 및 프로세스 최적화를 통해 Revenue forecasting프로세스를 더욱 향상시키기 위한 지속적인 개선을 추진합니다.
- Forecasting 모델을 생성하고 분석 도구를 활용하여 적시성과 정확성 있는 Sales관련 Alignment와 보고 및 분석을 가능하게 합니다.
- Revenue Velocity를 가속화하기 위해 OIT 및 백로그를 모니터링하되, 고객 경험에 부정적인 영향이 가지 않도록 관리합니다.
- Market 관련 리더십과 협력하여 Revenue reporting과 forecast 정확도를 향상시킬 방법을 모색합니다.
- 파이프라인 및 포트폴리오의 주요 Metric에 대한 Tracking을 실시하고, 보고를 주도합니다.
- 필요에 따라 KPI를 모니터링하고 조정 또는 개선합니다.
- Forecast에 대한 리더쉽의 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해 Minimum required integrity를 준수하며 데이터의 퀄리티를 모니터링합니다.
- Relevant major’s Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or MBA preferred.
- At least 5-8 years of industry experience including reporting/analysis experience, or relevant professional experience is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, macros, advanced formulas, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, reason, embrace concepts, formulate insights, and present compelling cases for action and/or arguments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team oriented, collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of various data management and reporting tools
- Able to present at senior level.
- Fluency in Business English.
- 유관 전공 학사 학위 또는 동등한 업무 경험 또는 MBA 우대
- Reporting/analysis 경험을 포함한 경력 5-8년 이상 또는 유관 경력 필수
- Microsoft Excel 능통자 (모델링, 매크로, 고급 수식 등)
- 체계적으로 사고하고 이성적으로 추론하는 능력, 개념을 수용하고 인사이트를 도출하며 행동이나 논쟁을 위한 타당한 사례를 제시할 수 있는 강한 분석 능력
- 독립적으로 또는 팀 중심의 협력적이고 빠른 환경에서 작업할 수 있는 능력을 입증한 경험
- 데드라인 내에 여러 프로젝트를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 능력
- 구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션 기술
- 다양한 데이터 관리 및 보고 툴에 대한 이해
- 고위 리더쉽 레벨에 발표할 수 있는 능력
- 원할한 비즈니스 영어 능력
