Space Targeting AnalystThe Opportunity:With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in the military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a targeter, you use your specialized functional, military, and regional expertise, coupled with your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence, products, analytic assessments, to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation’s leaders.As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape, and mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and OSINT. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for the warfighters, senior military leaders, and US IC-wide products. Your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring.   • 7+ years of experience in targeting
  • 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis
  • Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process and Joint Targeting Process
  • Ability to build and integrate targeting to present capabilities and space targets to the Joint Force
  • Ability to conduct all-source analysis in support of the targeting process, and in support of the space component
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in targeting
  • 5+ years of experience with all-source analysis
  • Experience working for United States Forces Korea or any of its components
  • Knowledge of space targets and space targeting
  • Ability to work and coordinate with the joint force in support of OPLAN execution
  • Master's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
