- Support Korea and Japan commercial leadership team and Asia Pacific Sales Ops leader to enable business growth in the countries
- Support the sales strategy development in Korea and Japan in areas of customer coverage, territory design, Go-to-Market model, sales productivity, and incentive compensation.
- Lead the commercial reporting and analytics in Korea and Japan leveraging databases in SAP, SFDC, and BI, creating dashboards and scorecards to meet country, regional, and global requirements.
- Responsible for quarterly incentive goaling and payout calculation. Provide results analysis and to key business stakeholders Ensure agility in informed decision making to maintain IDEXX’ growth premium. Follow up on agreed actions within the specified timeline.
- Responsible for timely and accurate update of territory alignment, SFDC data field and dashboard enhancements,
- Provide support for other commercial reporting related to program tracking and sell-out data reconciliation.
- Support global and regional initiatives in incentive compensation, territory design, sales analytics, and commercial system implementation.
- Work closely with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities across sales operations domains.
- Create and update SOP for key processes and support internal audits.
- 8+ years of related professional experience in sales operations and data analytics.
- General business knowledge required; general business knowledge or support of functional area (preferred).
- Strong experience in Excel modelling and solid exposure to ERP/Commercial systems and tools (i.e. SAP, SFDC, BI, Anaplan).
- Organized, with ability to prioritize, drive, initiative and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Korean and English, conversational Japanese and/or Chinese a plus.
- Influencing skills to gain commitment and support for decisions and to motivate the organization to support changes.
