You are one of the first points of contact with prospective customers. Utilizing your technical and business knowledge of the product and strong communications skills, you will assess customers' needs and prepare presentations that demonstrate how B00 Platform can help their organization achieve their business objectives. Your work will help customers see how much they stand to gain by using B00 Platform while also ensuring the sales team is fully aware of how it can best manage the sales cycle and bring deals to a close. To succeed in this position, you will need to be a motivated self-starter who takes his/her own initiative in making things happen and can think outside the box.The professional in this role will possess the business and technology acumen to interact with senior personnel internally and externally, be able to form key relationships, and be seen as a project advisory leader. Therefore the ability to manage stakeholder needs and expectations is essential.This is a hands-on position that involves leading many small to medium and large sized projects simultaneously. This position requires significant attention to detail as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks with geographically separated teams.HRIS 프로젝트 컨설턴트 직책을 수행할 자격을 갖춘 인재를 찾고 있습니다. 이 직책은 잠재 고객과의 첫 번째 접점 중 하나입니다. 제품에 대한 기술 및 비즈니스 지식과 강력한 커뮤니케이션 기술을 활용하여 고객의 요구 사항을 평가하고 B사의 플랫폼이 조직의 비즈니스 목표 달성에 어떻게 도움이 될 수 있는지 보여주는 프레젠테이션을 준비합니다. 또한 영업팀이 영업 주기 관리하고 거래를 성사시킬 수 있는 방법을 충분히 인지할 수 있도록 하는 동시에 고객이 B사의 플랫폼을 통해 얼마나 많은 이점을 얻을 수 있는지 알 수 있도록 해야 합니다.[Responsibilities]- Work closely with Country and overseas BIPO team ensuring excellent and compelling demos/presentations addressing prospects critical business issues, requirements and objectives;- Coordinate with various BIPO resources and departments to secure and present appropriate proposal information to prospective and existing clients- Become directly involved with potential customers via proposal requests or actively prospecting for new business opportunities- Customize presentations to address prospective client's business needs;- Establishes relationship with the primary decision makers to facilitate future business;- Work closely with the customer in discovery sessions and ongoing follow-up discussions to ensure clear and concise communication is taking place;- Work closely with R&D & Product Management and associated teams to develop future product direction and strategy - providing valuable input from the field to ensure our new HRIS platform in Korea will be widely demanded by clients from various industries;- Analyze customer requirements and prepare System platform demonstration environment, system configuration;- Ensures that projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities to include, but not limited to, schedule, scope, UAT and quality control;- Partner with R&D team internally and with customer externally to design, test, and maintain any necessary integrations, as well as ensure existing interfaces continue to run smoothly and provide accurate results;- Provides proactive, strategic system consulting services representing HR-owned data to the customers;- Provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to payroll team members in the areas of project lifecycle, operating procedures, processes and practices;- Acquires an expert knowledge of existing business and technical processes, and applies this knowledge to assigned tasks and projects;- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships- 국내 및 해외 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 잠재 고객의 중요한 비즈니스 문제, 요구 사항 및 목표를 다루는 우수하고 설득력 있는 데모/프레젠테이션을 수행- 다양한 리소스 및 부서와 협력하여 잠재 고객 및 기존 고객에게 적절한 제안서 제시- 제안 요청을 통해 잠재 고객과 직접 소통, 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 적극적으로 발굴- 주요 의사 결정권자와의 관계 구축- R&D 및 제품 관리 및 관련 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 향후 제품 방향 및 전략 개발- 새로운 HRIS 플랫폼이 다양한 산업 분야의 고객들에게 널리 요구될 수 있도록 현장의견 제공- 고객 요구사항을 분석하고 시스템 플랫폼 데모 환경, 시스템 구성 세팅[Requirements]- BA or BS required- Minimum 3 years of project & pre-sales management experience, managing HRIS projects for full life-cycle - from initiation to implementation and close- Prior experience implementing HR systems such as T&A and payroll system- Must have strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills, including facilitation and presentations.- Good command of both written and spoken English and Korean; Proven ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner- Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy- Personal and people management abilities including team building and conflict resolution- Proven ability to meet deadlines and identify and deal with problems- Mature, able to work independently, resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment- Strong organizational and inter-personal skills- Candidate have more than 5 years similar working experience will be considered as Project Assistant Manager[Contacts]Justin Jeon | Recruiting Consultant02-6200-9703010-4294-3228Erik.Han@adecco.com
