Company OverviewTaylor Hopkinson has partnered with a renowned company in offshore wind sector in Korea.Responsibilities: - Negotiate with local fishermen regarding fishery compensation.
- Conduct meetings with fishermen’s associations; identify concerns and needs.
- Coordinate with Shinan County/Jeonnam Province and MOTIE/Environment/Oceans ministries.
- Apply for required permits (cultural heritage, maritime safety, military operations, fishery impact, wetland approvals).
- Manage permits for CTV (Crew Transfer Vessel) routes. Coordinate with agencies on EBL and secure EBL.
- Develop strategies for local permitting, community, and government relations.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering subject, or equivalent
- Experience in community and government relations.
- Experience in energy development or real estate development, and permitting expertise (Prefer offshore wind permit experience).
- Great to have a solid connections with Jeonnam Province or Shinan County
